Customised shirts (with name and/or number) are made to order and non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including all carriage and customs costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
